Giacomo Kratter is one one of Italy’s most famous snowboarders. In the 2002 Olympics he missed the bronze medal by .01 points. Giacomo went on tho represent Italy again in 2006 at the Olympics in Italy, representing in front of his hometown crowd - who went nuts every time he dropped in. Silverton Mountain was founded by Aaron and Jen Brill and opened for business on January 19, 2002 with one double chair that had been purchased from Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. Known for lift accessed backcountry skiing, Silverton Mountain also maintains educational programs such as Avalanche Level I, Avalanche Level II, and Backcountry 101. The ski area is designed to have minimal impact on the environment. Based purely on skiing and not on development Silverton Mountain has no plans of building condos or high-speed chairlifts. Voted Best of the West: Skiing in Colorado, Utah, California and Nevada for Extreme Terrain by USA Today. We sat down with Jen at Silverton’s historic Grand Imperial Hotel with an audience of almost 100 people. This is that show.

Perhaps he should be better known for his innovative approach to the sport. First breaking out on the scene at the 2017 Superpark event, Fridge has got on to win the inaugural X-GFames knuckle puck. this year his inadvertent line in the X-Games Slopestyle course went viral - doubling his following overnight - literally.

Jeff Fulton is one of the most legendary living snowboarders today. He was one of the first people to ride at Mt. Baker - perhaps being the very first. He introduced Caig Kelly to the Sport, helped start the Mt. Baker Banked Slalom and was there founder of the MBHC. (Mount Baker Hard Core). It was a great honor to record some real history of the sport - and there are few people more directly connected with the roots of the sport than Jeff.
