Mike Bettera got his start as a coach in New Hampshire. He quickly changed over to managing the parks at Loon and Waterville, before moving to Tahoe to work at Snowpark Technologies. With Gunny and Jenn moving on, Mike decided to start his own consulting business, handling many of the same responsibilities as his role with Snowpark Tech. And so, Effective Edge was started – consulting with various park’s around the country as well as hosting the annual summit for terrain park builders.
